While much of the information about the opioid epidemic is shocking, it's important to understand how we got here. Easily the best and most productive physical therapy experience of my life. The facility is clean and modern. The staff seems well-versed in treatment plans for a wide range of ailments. It's also intimate, as the physical therapists rarely have a full house of clients, so they actually have the time to watch me perform my exercises and make corrections. This isn't a place where I'm assigned an exercise only to see the PT disappear. I appreciate that, and I highly recommend.

After the pandemic and birthing/raising twins, I decided it was time to take better care of myself. I need to be able to keep up with these kiddos! Pregnancy is the hardest thing I've been through and wreaked havoc on my body. I followed Integrated Sport Spine & Rehab on social media for years and knew this was the place. Dr. Bobby is trauma informed, actually listens to his patients and asks questions so he can give you the best care. What's really cool is that throughout the last 12 weeks, I've felt empowered to continue to take care of myself, heal my injuries, and feel like this is just the beginning of me working towards my goals. I've learned alot from working with his encouraging and educated Rehab Assistants, too. The space is clean, people are so friendly, it's my favorite part of the day. Thank you to Dr. Bobby and his amazing staff for helping me get stronger and have less pain.

Integrated Sport, Spine, and Rehab saved my life and helped me return to my normal active lifestyle. When I first started therapy, I could hardly stand up without assistance let alone walk long distance. (Sitting at my desk all day hunched over a computer has taken its toll). After following the prescribed regime of exercises, stretching and chiropracty, I was able to go on a 2 week walking/hiking vacation in West Africa and Lisbon totally pain free!!! I even surprised myself, our guide, and my daughter when I climbed 250 steep steps in Lisbon without stopping. (That’s 25 flights). Couldn’t have done it without Sport, Spine, and Rehab in my corner!!! You’re the best!!!
